1. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep shipping simple and affordable for our customers.

United States Shipping:

• Flat-rate shipping: $9.00

• FREE shipping on orders of $45 or more.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping services.

2. Order Processing Times

Our standard order processing time is approximately 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

As a small business specializing in handcrafted products, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and production schedules.

During promotional events, holidays, new product launches, or periods of increased demand, processing times may extend to approximately 1–2 weeks or even longer.

Please understand that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

We work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

3. Handmade Products & Curing Times

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and certain items require additional preparation or curing time.

Our traditional soap bars, for example, must complete the appropriate curing process before shipping.

Depending on product availability, production and curing may require an additional 1–2 weeks.

Any special preorder or made-to-order timelines will be communicated through the product listing or order updates.

We appreciate your understanding that quality handmade products sometimes require additional time.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please note:

• A shipping label may be created before the carrier physically receives your package.

• Tracking updates may not appear until your package has been accepted or scanned by the shipping carrier.

• Carrier tracking information may occasionally experience delays.

If your tracking information has not updated after several business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

5. Delivery Times & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, postal service disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, carrier transit dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing shipping difficulties.
