1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

2. How to Request a Return
Email thecrazyvinegarlady@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the product was damaged or incorrect.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
